This document is a comprehensive medical services Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the City of Tucson for medical, telehealth, disease management, and health savings account (HSA/HRA) administration services. The RFP (#260125) seeks a third-party administrator to provide medical and behavioral health services for the city's employee and retiree population, with a contract start date of July 1st and an open enrollment period typically occurring in May.
