About this file
This document is a Corporate Interview Questionnaire for a Tactical Infrastructure (TI) Maintenance contract with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The questionnaire requires potential offerors to provide detailed information about their past performance, organizational structure, and capabilities for maintaining tactical infrastructure along the international border. Specific areas of focus include self-performance capabilities for infrastructure maintenance tasks such as roads and bridges, fences and gates, vegetation control, debris removal, border lighting, electrical systems, drainage, tunnel remediation, and generator maintenance.
The questionnaire seeks comprehensive insights into the offeror's qualifications, including key personnel, quality control and safety programs, and potential risks associated with the contract. Offerors must demonstrate their ability to execute maintenance requirements by detailing their experience, management practices, innovations, and organizational approach. The associated federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for maintenance services in the Del Rio/Big Bend South, Laredo, and Rio Grande Valley Sectors, with an anticipated one-base-year contract and four potential option years, to be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract.
