About this file
This document contains a pre-solicitation notice and a template for questions and answers regarding a forthcoming solicitation.
The pre-solicitation notice is from the Department of State for Protected Health Information Management Services. It indicates the Bureau of Medical Services has a need to maintain copies of health records for eligible U.S. government employees overseas. Required tasks include receipt, processing, archival, retrieval and transmission of protected health information and personally identifiable information. The notice states that task orders may include physical records management, enterprise development and operations, data management and governance, enterprise application integration, project management services, IT security and compliance, and application training support. The government anticipates awarding one indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract set aside for small businesses. The base period of performance is five years with five one-year options.
The template provides instructions for potential offerors to ask questions regarding a solicitation. It outlines a standardized format for referencing the relevant section of the solicitation and asking one question per row, with an example for clarity.
