4) Replicated Environments that integrate other exhibit media.
5) Development and construction of scenic rockwork and faux-finished exhibitry.
6) Printing and installation of graphics and signage for a comparable museum environment.
7) Fabrication of relief models that are highly realistic, durable, physically and programmatically accessible, and resistant to visitor contact and long-term heavy use.
8) AV Production - Linear Media/Animations including casting of talent and all elements of work to produce custom audiovisual programming and animation.
9) AV Production - Interactive Digital Media including custom final interactive/touchscreen or motion-based media programming.
B. The Offeror will provide a list of three (3), but no more than five (5) projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to the work required under this solicitation which the Offeror has completed or is completing within the last seven (7) years. Narrative for each project shall not exceed one (1) page. For each project, include:
1) Name of the project
2) Location of the project
3) Approximate square footage of the project
4) Name of the client, contact, and telephone number
5) Completion date of installation
6) Contract amount
7) Description of Offer’s role in project as contractor or subcontractor and additional project information Offeror believes demonstrates relevant experience completing work similar in size, scope, and complexity to work required under this solicitation.
3. Past Performance
Evaluation Factor: It is considered important to the Government that the Offeror, has substantial past performance with work similar in nature to the requirements contained within this solicitation. The Government views relevant past performance as involvement in projects that contain similar principal components of work (as defined above in Factor 2) and projects that have critical completion timeframes.
The Offeror shall furnish a list of Federal, State, local government or commercial projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to the work required under this solicitation, which the Offeror has completed during the last seven (7) years. Be advised the government may contact references and may obtain information from sources not provided by the Offeror.
A. The Offeror must provide to the project references included in Factor 2, Experience. The Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) attachment No. 6 in Part D shall be submitted by the applicable reference, and not the Offeror. The PPQ shall be returned to the contract specialist via email at vrodriguez@usbr.gov by August 26, 2022.
An Offeror without a record of relevant past performance for whom past performance is not available will be given a neutral rating.
