SEED PROJECT SITE VISIT

(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the seed project work will be performed.

If you wish to attend the site visit please send an email to kelly.wright@usda.gov and tye.lightfoot@usda.gov with the title “12805B24R004 Site Visit Registration” please include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information.

Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered they will not be permitted on the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is May 21, 2024, any registration request received after May 21, 2024 will not be accepted.

Attendees will be employed by the prime contractor that intends to provide a proposal for this solicitation. Subcontractor attendees are allowed to attend, and shall identify which prime contractor they are attending with on the sign in roster sheet. Prime contractors may not send multiple subcontractors to represent them, in an attempt to compete subcontractors amongst each other. Prime contractor (employed by the prime contractor) representation is required for those that wish to attend the site visit. Offerors shall not send proxy subcontractors to represent them in this capacity.
