About this file
This is a Solicitation Addendum issued by the State of Nebraska, Department of Administrative Services, Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau, revising the schedule of events for Solicitation Number 124677 OR for Radio Studio Equipment. The addendum, effective April 15, 2026, establishes a revised procurement timeline for competitive bids to procure comprehensive broadcast equipment for Nebraska Public Media's statewide radio network. Electronic proposals are due April 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time, with bid opening via Webex on the same date. The State will review proposals for conformance with solicitation requirements and conduct evaluation during April 16-17, 2026, post an Intent to Award to the internet on April 17, 2026, and complete contract finalization and award between April 30 and May 5, 2026. The resulting contract will commence on or before May 5, 2026. The solicitation seeks fixed-price proposals for twenty-one distinct equipment categories including Livewire+ and AES67-compliant audio infrastructure, mixing consoles, microphones, headphone amplifiers, program delay managers, and routing control panels, with delivery desired within forty-five days of order receipt to 1800 N 33rd St, Lincoln, NE 68503.
All equipment must be new, latest-model units under standard production with no used, refurbished, demonstrator, prototype, or discontinued items acceptable. Bidders must submit proposals inclusive of all transportation and delivery charges, F.O.B. destination, and provide manufacturers' descriptive literature and specification sheets demonstrating compliance with technical requirements. The contract is non-exclusive with a potential utilization period of up to eighteen months from the Intent to Award posting date, provided responsive bidders maintain original pricing throughout the contract period. All proposed equipment must include a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering performance, suitability, and freedom from defects. Bidders must maintain specified insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Automobile Liability with the State named as additional insured. The State is exempt from sales taxes and will not make advance payments; invoices should reference the purchase order number and be submitted to accounting@nebraskapublicmedia.org with payment issued within forty-five calendar days of valid invoice receipt per Nebraska's Prompt Payment Act. No specific award values or budget ranges are disclosed; pricing will be determined through competitive bidding based on the itemized cost sheet.
