About this file
This is a Price Increase Percentages attachment for Solicitation No. BPM007111 issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for Vehicle Glass Replacement, Repair, Tinting and Accessories services. The solicitation establishes a statewide contract with an initial twelve-month term and potential renewal options extending up to forty-eight months. The contract will serve all Arizona state departments, agencies, boards, universities, political subdivisions, and eligible nonprofit educational or public health institutions. Proposals were due by October 17, 2025, with offers required to remain valid for 120 days.
The pricing structure allows offerors to submit maximum price increase percentages for each of four potential renewal periods: 2% for the first renewal period, 4% for the second renewal period, 6% for the third renewal period, and 8% for the fourth renewal period. Critically, each renewal period's increase percentage is calculated against the original contract price rather than compounded on previous renewal prices. If offerors do not provide increase percentages, prices remain unchanged from the original contract term. The document emphasizes that the State of Arizona does not automatically grant any requested increases upon contract renewal; offerors must provide documentation of need at the time of renewal to justify any price increase requests. An administrative fee of 1.5% applies to contract sales, increasing to 2% on January 1, 2025, and contractors are required to submit quarterly usage reports.
