About this file
This is a Price Increase Percentages attachment for Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Solicitation No. BPM007111 for Vehicle Glass Replacement, Repair, Tinting and Accessories. The document establishes the framework for offerors to declare maximum allowable price increase percentages during contract renewal periods. The initial contract term is twelve months with up to four renewal periods available. Offerors must specify their requested maximum price increase percentages for each renewal period: the first renewal period, second renewal period, third renewal period, and fourth renewal period.
The pricing structure requires that each renewal period's increase percentage be calculated against the original contract price rather than the previous period's price. For example, if an offeror requests a 2% increase for the first renewal, a 4% increase for the second renewal, a 6% increase for the third renewal, and an 8% increase for the fourth renewal, each percentage is applied to the original contract price to determine the maximum allowable increase. If offerors do not provide price increase percentages in the specified spaces, prices will remain unchanged from the original contract term. The document emphasizes that the State of Arizona does not automatically grant any requested increase; offerors must provide documentation of need at the time of renewal to justify any price increase request.
