About this file

This file is a Technical Exhibit (TE3) detailing performance locations and skills qualifications for the Warrior Care Global Support contract with the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The document outlines 67 Recovery Care Coordination (RCC) positions and several additional support roles across multiple military installations in the United States and Germany, including locations in Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, California, and other states. Positions span various functional areas such as Recovery Care Coordination, Benevolence, Career Transition, Military Adaptive Sports, and Operations, with roles ranging from Journeyman Lower-Level to Senior Upper-Level positions.

The technical exhibit specifies detailed qualification requirements for each position, including years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience, RCC experience, education levels, and specific competencies. Most positions require security clearances (Secret or Top Secret) and are associated with specific military commands like USASOC, MARSOC, NSWC, and AFSOC. The contract focuses on providing non-clinical case management and advocacy services for Special Operations Forces wounded, ill, or injured service members, with services extended to families, veterans, caregivers, and significant others. The comprehensive skill matrix ensures precise matching of personnel qualifications to the complex support requirements of the Warrior Care Program.
