Some records carry more than one description. Each entry is returned as its own item rather than being merged into a single block of text, so you can tell revisions and differently-sourced text apart.

Notes

• Where a record has only one narrative field, it uses Description instead, which is plain text.
• Entry order follows the source record. Treat the newest entry as current only when the source itself orders them that way.
