On completion notify user attribute

For automations, on_completion_notify_user controls whether GovTribe AI emails the automation owner after a run finishes.

Values

• always: Send the owner a completion email after every automation run.
• conditionally: Send the owner a completion email only when the completed run matches completion_notification_instructions.
• never: Do not send completion emails for the automation.
