Users need a Growth-or-higher account in an active, free-trial, or grace-period subscription state, plus an active connected eBuy profile for the workspace. GovTribe only exposes records associated with the workspace's connected eBuy access and vehicle, SIN, pool, domain, CLIN/NAICS grouping, or other vehicle-category coverage.
