GovTribe supplies this identifier on awards, IDVs, and vehicles when GovTribe can tie the record back to an opportunity stack. Use it as the bridge from a downstream award or vehicle to the federal notices that appear to have originated the procurement; the value is a GovTribe stack ID, not a SAM.gov notice number.
