Rate group key attribute
A stable grouping key that connects sibling GSA labor-rate rows for the same labor category across contract-year periods.

Use this field to understand how GovTribe groups sibling labor-rate rows when comparing current, next-year, and following-year pricing for the same labor category. This is a GovTribe grouping key, not an external contract identifier and not the IDV contract number. Use the federal_contract_idv relationship or contract_number filter for the schedule contract anchor; use rate_group_key after you have one row and need its sibling year rows.
