GovTribe uses this excerpt to show useful prior-conversation context without returning the full conversation transcript. The excerpt is built from recent visible user and assistant turns, with setup messages, hidden messages, and HTML removed.

Notes

  • conversation_excerpt is the compact search and recall representation, not a complete transcript.
  • When GovTribe AI manages a conversation directly, it can return a separate bounded page of visible user and assistant messages. Reading messages from another conversation requires Full Conversation Recall; tool output, setup messages, and hidden content remain excluded.
  • Reuse prior AI work: Understand when GovTribe AI can search or read earlier conversation content.
