SOURCES SOUGHT/NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). This is not a solicitation.
Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX intends to award, on a sole-source basis, a firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of a Calibration Bench to Teledyne Brown Engineering (TBE) Inc., 300 Sparkman Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35805-1994.
The Calibration Bench will serve to conduct function checks on multiple TBE sensors, and other items like pumps, valves, and pressure transducers. Detailed technical data and drawings for the above listed items is not available to the Government. Teledyne Brown Engineering (TBE) Inc. (CAGE 24114) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the items requiring the function or serviceability check.
