The USDA, ARS, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC) requires onsite delivery of Corn Gluten Meal, Soybean Hulls, and Wet Corn Distillers to the USMARC feed mill and feed lot. In 2018, USMARC used approximately 13,000 tons of Wet Corn Distillers, 700 tons of Soybean Hulls, and 200 tons of Corn Gluten Meal. This will be a market cost-plus priced indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract covering a period of one year. USMARC anticipates monthly product cost variations due to market prices, supply/demand, and fuel prices.
