Each project includes force account provisions estimated between $27,000 and $100,000 for minor revisions and supplemental erosion control.
Pricing must include a $50,000 lump-sum pre-construction services fee and detailed line-item costs for each project. All prices must remain firm for one year following acceptance; subsequent escalation requests are limited to one adjustment per contract term not exceeding 3 percent of original contract value. Contractors must comply with the Keep Jobs in Colorado Act requiring 80 percent Colorado labor and maintain $1,000,000 general liability and $1,000,000 professional liability insurance.
