The CRAC units include Challenger CW, Deluxe CW, Deluxe AIR, and Air Cooled Condenser models requiring comprehensive preventive maintenance and emergency response services from June 30, 2026 through June 29, 2027. The scope of work mandates that all services be performed by Liebert Factory Trained Technicians and includes six scheduled preventive maintenance inspections conducted between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, guaranteed 4-hour on-site emergency response available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, and 100% coverage of labor, travel, and parts costs. Pricing must be all-inclusive except for applicable taxes, with quotes valid for 90 days. The Request for Quote was posted on May 12, 2026, with a submission deadline of May 21, 2026, and vendors should direct inquiries to bid contact Armando Vega at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.

The procurement contains strict restrictions limiting competition to new Liebert brand products only, with no alternate brands, used items, or refurbished equipment accepted. Vendors may respond to all or some line items; however, the Court reserves the right to award the entire bid to a single vendor and is not bound to consider partial bids. The solicitation incorporates Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) provisions requiring vendors to disclose any use of GenAI in their goods, services, or deliverables that materially impacts court system functionality, risk, or contract performance. No specific incumbent vendor, set-aside designations, or budget range has been disclosed in the solicitation documents. The Court does not make advance payments and pays based on completion of tasks as specified in the resulting contract, with the option to withhold up to ten percent of invoices until receipt and acceptance of final deliverables. Vendors must accept the Court's standard contract form, execute the formal contract within five business days of receipt, and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the Court's Online Procurement Procedures, Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and Judicial Branch Contracting Manual requirements, which include vendor certifications for nondiscrimination, legal compliance, and adherence to federal and state regulations including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
