Prior to award, the successful proposer must provide proof of Commercial General Liability ($2 million per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1 million), Workers' Compensation at statutory limits, and Professional Liability ($2 million), along with payment and performance bonds equal to 100 percent of scheduled costs.
