Certified small business subcontractors representing 5 percent or more of prime bid value may qualify for additional discounts of 2 percent or 1 percent, respectively. The contract is subject to the City's Living Wage Program, requiring all workers assigned to the contract to earn a minimum of $22.15 per hour. No MBE/WBE subcontracting goals apply, though the City encourages use of certified small business and MBE/WBE subcontractors.
