The five-year contract is scheduled to commence on or about March 5, 2026, with potential project scopes spanning infrastructure, airport systems, business applications, and emerging technology initiatives. Proposed projects include network replacements, self-bag drop systems, parking guidance, identity management, and artificial intelligence implementations. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) certifications are mandatory, including requirements for tax liability verification, debarment status, lobbying disclosures, and Buy America provisions. The City reserves the right to adjust staffing levels and project scopes throughout the contract term, with pricing structured as firm and fixed for the initial contract year and potential annual price adjustments thereafter.
