The contractor must commence work by October 13, 2026 and complete all work by June 14, 2027. Liquidated damages are $250 per calendar day for failure to meet the contract schedule and an additional $250 per day for failure to remedy work deficiencies within 10 days of notification. One hundred percent payment and performance bonds are required upon award, with surety companies listed on U.S. Treasury Department Circular 570 and authorized to do business in Utah. A one-year guarantee period applies, requiring contractor repair or replacement of defective workmanship or materials within 30 calendar days of owner notification.
