Pricing must be submitted as unit costs for quarterly service, differentiated on-call labor rates (normal business hours and after-hours), parts pricing expressed as a percentage discount off MSRP, and unspecified funds not to exceed 10% of total contract value. Unit prices remain firm for the entire contract term; price adjustments may be requested after 12 months using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI or PPI, submitted 90 to 120 days prior to contract anniversary and not to exceed index change. The contract term is 36 months from award, with options to extend for two additional 12-month periods if prices, terms, and conditions remain unchanged and receive County Administrator or Division Director approval.

Vendors must obtain workers' compensation coverage per Florida law, commercial general liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and business automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limits, all from AM Best A- VIII or better carriers authorized in Florida. Pinellas County must be named as additional insured on all policies except workers' compensation. All contractor employees must complete Pinellas County Security Clearance Process Level One, including Florida Department of Law Enforcement criminal history records checks, and wear County-issued identification badges. Site visits may be scheduled with Dwayne-ron Sharpe at (727) 464-4512; scope-of-work discussions are prohibited during site visits. A pre-commencement meeting will be held upon award. Invoices must be submitted within 60 calendar days of service performance, with all fiscal year-end invoices due by October 31.
