Bidders are required to submit a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid price, certificates of insurance, proof of authority to do business in Florida, and a System of Award Management (SAM) certification. The contract term is set for 60 days from the written Notice to Proceed, with potential extensions for weather-related delays, and includes a one-year warranty for all work performed. While a specific award value is not explicitly stated, contractors can bid on individual sites or submit a total base bid, with the county reserving the right to award all, some, or none of the projects.
