Stamped concrete shall be natural grey with no integral color, subject to a required 4×4 mock-up. Geotextile is required only as directed in the field for non-compacted or soft areas on an incidental basis. No dowels are required for sidewalk joints. Wheel stops apply only if the contractor removes or relocates existing stops for access purposes.
The Engineers Estimate is $125,000. Contract commencement is upon issuance of Notice to Proceed, with Substantial Completion required by May 15, 2027 and Final Completion by June 15, 2027.
