This award notice is for security services that support Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) mission areas, with a primary focus on acquisition efforts and a secondary focus on certain AFSPC operational units that have security requirements for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP). This is accomplished through active and integrated security operations, processes, mechanisms and management. This support shall provide multi-disciplinary security support, including specialized analytical/program protection support, while being responsive and flexible to dynamic SAP security situations.. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for security services that support Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) mission areas, with a primary focus on acquisition efforts and a secondary focus on certain AFSPC operational units that have security requirements for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP). This is accomplished through active and integrated security operations, processes, mechanisms and management. This support shall provide multi-disciplinary security support, including specialized analytical/program protection support, while being responsive and flexible to dynamic SAP security situations. The Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Model Contract, and all other attachments are included in this solicitation.
The effort will be a single award performance based contract to include a one-year base period and nine 1-year option periods. A six-month option to extend services in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8 will also be included in the solicitation.
This requirement will be awarded as a full and open competition using Performance-Price Tradeoff (PPT) Source Selection Procedures, with technical proposals IAW FAR Part 15.
All notices and any/all amendments to this solicitation will be posted and available for viewing on this site (www.fbo.gov). It is the responsibility of interested parties to review this site frequently for the posting of any updates/amendments to the solicitation.
All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Government (CAGE) code and must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).
The Government will host a pre-proposal forum on Wednesday, Feb 28 2018 at 1300 PST at the Aerospace Corporation, 2310 E. El Segundo Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245, Building A-5. All interested offerors must submit any questions and RSVPs for up to three (3) attendees per organization to the PCO, Richard White at richard.white.34@us.af.mil and contract manager at jason.lo.1@us.af.mil no later than 1500 PST, Monday, Feb 26 2018.
