Section 1: Personnel Qualifications and Performance
1.1) How well did the contractor perform in providing qualified personnel with appropriate clearance/accesses? Please include remarks that provide detail as to any challenges encountered or laudatory performance with respect to Contractor security clearances.

1.2) How well was the contractor able to retain their cleared, qualified, and trained personnel? Were they able to maintain a fully-staffed workforce, and complete timely hiring actions when personnel departed or new positions were created? Please include remarks that provide detail as to any challenges encountered or laudatory performance with respect to hiring and retention.

1.3) How well did the contractor perform in providing "turn key" personnel which required little or no training? "Turn key" is to be fully capable of performing PWS requirements on day one of performance (e.g. Possessing all required certifications, familiarity and past experience with Government programs/processes/requirements, etc.). Please include remarks that provide detail as to any challenges encountered or laudatory performance with respect to overall levels of KTR “turn key” performance readiness.

Section 2: Acquisition and Industrial Security
2.1) Did the contract involve the development of Program Protection Plans (PPP)? If so, please provide remarks that detail how well the contractor performed in development and delivery of PPPs.

Section 3: Cybersecurity
3.1) Did the contractor perform cybersecurity work related to the oversight of your industrial base? Did they perform JSIG/RMF (or legacy DIACAP or DCID 6/3) reviews? If so, how well did they perform? Please provide comment to elaborate.

3.2) Did the contractor perform cybersecurity work related to the assessment and accreditation of mission systems? Did their personnel have sufficient skill and knowledge to correctly advise government Program Managers as to the cybersecurity aspects of their Programs? If so, how well did they perform? Please provide comment to elaborate. Please distinguish if the work was performed under legacy DIACAP, DCID 6/3, or current RMF/JSIG regulations.

4.1) Did the contractor perform SCI- or SAP-level security work for operational units? If so did this include personnel security, facility management, and information systems security functions?
