Critical dates include January 17, 2025 for question submissions, site visits from January 14-16, 2025, and proposal submissions due by February 4, 2025.
The solicitation is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside with a base year plus four option years under NAICS code 562998 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The contract covers maintenance for 33 OWS units, 8 grease traps totaling 6,000 gallons, 4 lift stations, and 4 septic tanks of 6,000 gallons each, located at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. The current incumbent is Matrix New World Pumping, and services will be performed primarily during normal operating hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Specific work includes microbe injection treatments, monthly and quarterly maintenance, odor control, and pumping services across various base facilities. The contract requires comprehensive reporting, quality control programs, and 100% compliance with disposal regulations. Importantly, funds are not currently available, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offeror costs.
