About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals to provide industrial process waste cleaning services for the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center requires hazardous and non-hazardous cleaning of over 200 pieces of equipment on a recurring basis. Proposals are due by August 7, 2023 and will be evaluated based on past performance, pricing, safety records, and certifications. The period of performance is a 30-day transition period beginning in September 2023 followed by a one year base period and two one-year option periods.

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. FA857123R0004. This solicitation will be solicited under 8(a) Set Aside.
This requirement will consists of a basic year and two option periods utilizing the estimated dates below.
Transitional Period: 18 September - 17 October 2023
Basic Year: 18 October 2023 - 17 October 2024
Option I: 18 October 2024 - 17 October 2025
Option II: 18 October 2025 - 17 October 2026

for the base year and options years. The rates shall include wages, overhead, G&A expenses, and profit. The hours used in the
Pricing Excel Sheet, tab "T&M Labor Rate" are arbitrary for pricing purposes only and are not a reflection of the scope of work.
NOTE 3: This effort shall only be performed utilizing the five identified labor categories at the Statement of Equivalent Hire
clause.
