PWS Appendix 3
DIRECTIVES, PUBLICATIONS AND REFERENCES
4 April 2023
5.0 Directives, Publications and References: The following directives provide overarching guidance for this PWS. The current issues identified are for the Contractor’s use in the management and support of this PWS. The Government will provide the Contractor access to or copies of required Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex Operating Instructions, Technical Orders, AFOSH Standard, and other documentation as available and applicable. The publications listed may not be all inclusive for applicable publication and PWS references. They will also identify other publication references that are not listed below, but shall be complied with as applicable to this PWS. It is the contractor’s responsibility to review references to determine applicability. When guidance in a publication issued by a field unit conflicts with the guidance issued by a higher- level unit, the higher-level publication takes precedence. Compliance with Bioenvironmental, Environmental Management, and Safety publications is mandatory and shall be adhered to by the Contractor in the performance of this PWS.
