Offerors must provide performance and payment bonds, safety documentation, OSHA violation history, Experience Modification Rate, current SBA VetCert SDVOSB certification, and comply with 38 U.S.C. 8127 subcontracting limitations: contractors cannot pay more than 85% of government-paid amounts to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
