The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), HEREBY ISSUES THE SOLICITATION FOR a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for commercial satellite communications (COMSATCOM) end-to-end solutions. The CLOSE DATE IS THURSDAY, AUGUST 12, 2010 BY 4:30 PM EASTERN TIME. The proposed Custom SATCOM Solutions (CS2) contract, valued at $2.6 Billion, will adhere to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 for negotiated award(s).
Offerors are strongly encouraged to read ALL attached documents.
Offerors shall submit their proposals on two identical Compact Disk Read-Only Memory (CD-ROMs) and in one hard copy to the GSA Contracting Officer at the following mailing address:

Prospective offerors are reminded that questions and requests for clarification will be accepted until fifteen (15) business days prior to the proposal due date.
See Section L.10.2 of the CS2 and Section L.8.2 of the CS2-SB.
The closing date remains as specified in SF 33 Block 9 (4:30 p.m. local time August 12, 2010).
