The Federal Aviation Administration, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, seeks design, development, fabrication, testing, and delivery of a replacement ARSR4 Power Amplifier Module Test Station (PAMTS) and interface adapter fixture with test software and repair procedures, with proposals due August 4, 2026. Amendment A0001, issued July 14, 2026, extended the original July 21 deadline. Full-and-open competition applies; no set-aside is used.

Delivery is to the FAA Enroute Shop in Oklahoma City with a required delivery schedule of 32 weeks after contract award. The contractor must design and deliver a production PAMTS unit capable of testing and repairing two ARSR4 Power Amplifier Module boards to specification. The system shall operate within the frequency range of 1215 MHz to 1372 MHz and meet a minimum mean time between failure (MTBF) of 10,000 hours per MIL-HDBK-217F. The contractor's quality control program must comply with ISO-9001:2008. Work is performed on the contractor's premises, with final inspection and acceptance by the FAA Logistics Center in Oklahoma City.

Amendment A0001 is hereby issued on July 14, 2026, to extend the due date for receipt of proposals to August 4, 2026. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) has a requirement for a newly designed test station to replace the current FAA Enroute Shop ARSR4 Power Amplifier Module Test Station (PAMTS) and the development of a fixture and interface adapter alone with test software and repair procedures needed to support the ARSR4 power amp module (PAM) boards and PAMTS. This requirement will include the development of a new interface adapter and fixture with test/repair software and procedures needed to test the two (2) ARSR4 power amp module (PAM) boards to their required specifications. 

The NAICS CODE for this requirement will be 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 800.

Full-and-open competition will be utilized for this requirement.
