The solution must support deployment across three distinct network environments: the West Point Research and Educational Network (WREN), NIPRNET/Garrison, and MEDCOM/KACH, with integration to Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and PrinterLogic or successor output management software. Devices must support DoD CAC authentication where required, SNMPv3 and 802.1x authentication, duplex printing and scanning of 11x17 tabloid paper, scan-to-email and OneDrive/SharePoint integration, and STIG compliance. Vendor responses require completion of the Technical Compliance Workbook v2 with supporting documentation, a comprehensive Technical Narrative Proposal with product data sheets and architecture diagrams, and pricing in the Price Matrix Version 3 across base and four option periods.
