This procurement is a 100 percent set-aside for women-owned small businesses (WOSB).
Place of performance is Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista, Arizona, specifically the Electronic Proving Ground at Building 90201, Brainard Road. The system comprises nine FM-200 (PROINERT2) tanks, 16 smoke detectors, two pull stations, two abort stations, four agent strobes, two fire strobes, one control panel, and two batteries protecting critical server infrastructure within the Electromagnetic Environmental Test Facility (EMETF) in Building 55350, Room 163. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens eligible for base access to Fort Huachuca and will be escorted by authorized personnel while inside the EMETF data center.
Performance spans a three-year base period plus two optional 12-month extension periods, with two semi-annual inspections required per year, totaling six inspections during the base period. Services must comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and include comprehensive system inspection, device testing and cleaning, hardware and agent verification, integration testing to ensure the fire suppression system disables the environmental control system during emergency release, and coordination and testing of the system's connection to the existing Monaco MAAP+ Fire Alarm Control Panel.
