About this file
This is a Questions & Answers document for the CCAP-DDH Clean Agent Inspection Services solicitation, dated 22 June 2026, for a base year plus two option years contract.
The document clarifies key requirements for inspecting one existing Clean Agent Fire Suppression System serving a data center/server room. The system comprises nine FM-200 (PROINERT2) tanks, 16 smoke detectors (nine ceiling-mounted, seven sub-floor), two pull stations, two abort stations, four agent strobes, two fire strobes, one control panel, and two batteries. Pre-action sprinkler testing is not applicable as no sprinkler system is present. The document confirms that digital as-built drawings will not be provided in the solicitation due to proprietary information restrictions, though such documents were located on-site during a visit. One question regarding Monaco MAAP+ Fire Alarm Control Panel testing requirements—specifically whether a Monaco-certified technician or qualified fire protection technician is acceptable—received no answer from the government. The RFQ response due date has been extended to Thursday, 25 June 2026.
