The services will encompass comprehensive test support activities including data management, document preparation, logistics support, test site maintenance, and technical support for operational test events. This is currently a sources sought notice designed to determine small business market capability, with interested firms required to submit a 5-page response by May 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST. Evaluation criteria will include the firm's small business status, previous experience with similar government contracts, commercial service availability, and recommendations for facilitating small business competition. Respondents must provide detailed information about their capabilities, including firm identification, contact information, unique entity identification number, and specific small business certifications.
The procurement is designated as a total small business set-aside, contingent upon receiving responses from at least two qualified small businesses across various socioeconomic categories including 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The current contract (W91151-21-D-0003) will be replaced, with the anticipated NAICS code 561210 for Facilities Support Services and a size standard of $47 million. The contract is structured for a five-year period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, with a potential six-month extension. While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the size standard and comprehensive service requirements suggest a significant potential contract value. Interested parties are encouraged to submit responses that demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive test support services across multiple military installations.
