About this file

This is a Data Item Description (DID) form for Sensitive Items Reports (A006) that prescribes minimum requirements for contractor-prepared sensitive item inventory and tracking documentation. The document outlines specific reporting requirements for contractors managing sensitive items during government contract deployments, including:

Monthly inventory requirements mandate a signed inventory with details such as item nomenclature, serial numbers, personnel names, and inventory date. For specific Task Order-Request for Proposal (TO-RFP) deployments, contractors must submit twice-daily reports by 1000 and 1700 hours central time, containing information including the TAR effort being supported, location, date/time of report, personnel signatures, serial number inventory, and physical location of sensitive items. Reports are subject to government approval and must comply with AR 190-51 storage guidelines. The form is part of a broader Base Test Support Services solicitation (BTSS2026) by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command, targeting small business set-aside opportunities across multiple military installations in Texas and North Carolina.
