The engineering systems have been designed to allow flexible segregation between each building should either structure need to be stand alone system. It should be noted the intent is to award both facility components as a single project, however, should the project pursue an award for a single project (e.g. EHMS or FMS), minor adjustments to the documents for the applicable systems and an exterior wall (similar to A2/A-511) along the dimensional separation line will be provided within a subsequent amendment after this Bidding period.
