About this file

This document is Attachment K containing contract clauses and provisions for a federal solicitation W912JB26QA066 issued by the U.S. Army.

The attachment incorporates numerous FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) clauses by reference and full text applicable to the acquisition of commercial products and services. Key clauses address compliance requirements including: System for Award Management maintenance, debarment and suspension checks, service contract labor standards, employment eligibility verification, equal opportunity for veterans and workers with disabilities, combating human trafficking, safeguarding covered defense information, prohibitions on certain telecommunications equipment from covered countries, buy American requirements, trade agreements compliance, and various payment and reporting obligations. The solicitation indicates a total small business set-aside under clause 52.219-6 and includes a Section 8(a) Direct Award provision per DFARS 252.219-7009. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system with routing to specific Department of Defense Activity Address Codes (DoDAACs) and authorized government recipients identified for inspection and acceptance. Additional clauses address contractor responsibilities regarding cost vouchers, progress payments, performance-based payments, and compliance with regulations governing service contract labor standards, prevailing wage determinations, and various socioeconomic certifications. The contract includes multiple options for extension of services and term, with a maximum total contract duration not to exceed 60 months. The document serves as a comprehensive legal and administrative framework governing contractor obligations for a commercial products and services procurement.
