About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for expansion of parking facilities at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The amendment extends the response due date from May 17, 2021 to May 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. It also replaces certain architectural and structural drawings to address structural issues in the parking garage design. The amendment further modifies the solicitation language regarding the provision of utilities, requiring the contractor to obtain electricity from the local public utility rather than the Government. Potable water will be the only utility provided without charge from existing on-site sources.
