About this file
This document contains a past experience information sheet and details of a revised one-step design-bid-build multiple award task order contract solicitation for construction projects in Romania. The past experience information sheet requests information on five relevant past projects completed within the last six years in the European Union or United Kingdom, including location, completion date, final cost over $5 million, percentage of completion, customer, and construction category. Offerors must identify their role as prime contractor, subcontractor, joint venture, or key subcontractor for each project and provide additional explanation for subcontractor or joint venture work. The revised solicitation seeks contractors for new facility construction and real property repair and maintenance task orders in Romania under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract structure. It was changed from the previous pre-solicitation to only include design-bid-build and remove design-build.
