About this file
This document contains an attachment for a past experience information sheet and details of a revised solicitation for a One-Step Design-Bid-Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract for construction projects in Romania. The past experience information sheet attachment requests information on five relevant past projects, including location, completion date within the last six years, final cost over $500,000, percentage of completion, customer, and construction category. It defines terms such as prime contractor, subcontractor, joint venture, and key subcontractor. The solicitation seeks proposals for the design and construction of new facilities and repair and maintenance of real property in Romania under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract structure. It was revised from an earlier pre-solicitation to be for design-bid-build contracts only rather than both design-bid-build and design-build. All attachments should be reviewed for full requirement and submission details. The contract will be awarded by the Department of the Army's European Command.
