This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract to provide Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility construction services. The total contract value across awardees is not to exceed $49.9 million over three years. Award will be made to responsible offerors whose proposals represent the best value based on an assessment of the evaluation factors.

CONTRACTOR PAST EXPERIENCE INFORMATION SHEET

1. The location work was performed Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). Note: project performed within the European Union will be considered more relevant, while projects in Germany, Belgium, Poland, Romania, or Estonia will be considered most relevant: ___________________________________

NOTE: The prime contractor must have performed at least three (3) of the five (5) projects submitted for Factor 1 AND two (2) of the five (5) projects submitted must be SCIF construction. This aspect is a pass/fail element. In case of a Joint Venture, the work must have been performed by at least one of the JV partners. Offerors who do not meet this minimum requirement are not eligible for award.

Offeror: A contractor and/or company submitting a proposal for this solicitation.
Prime Contractor: A contractor that performed at least 20% of the work, and managed all other work for the project.
Sub Contractor: A contractor that performed part of the project work, but did not manage the entire project.
Joint Venture: More than one contractor with a legal binding agreement to work together.
Key Subcontractor: A contractor that has signed a letter of commitment to perform work for the duration of the contract for the Offeror, and the Offeror is allowed to take credit for the Key Subcontractor’s experience. Ensure you the letter of commitment is signed by both the Offeror and the Key Subcontractor.
