About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a two-phase design-build project to elevate residential structures in coastal Louisiana. Only offerors selected for Phase II are invited to submit proposals by April 15, 2024. The work includes designing and constructing elevation of twenty-one residential structures across two parishes to the 100-year flood elevation based on 2075 hydrology. The solicitation is a competitive 8(a) best value tradeoff acquisition for an estimated value between $1-5 million issued by the Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District. The amendment provides revised instructions for electronic proposal submission and updated a contract clause relating to questions on the project via ProjNet.
