Mr. Antoine Jackson Project Manager - USACE New Orleans District

RE: USACE Tracking #: 251182 2113 Winnie Street, Lake Charles, La 70601 Calcasieu Parish

Mr. Jackson:

ECM Consultants conducted a site assessment of the above referenced home-site.on November 21, 2019. The following is our analysis of the property.

2113 Winnie Street is a one-story, brick veneer home with a slab on grade foundation. It has an asphalt shingle roof and is approximately 2,310 square feet. There is an under the main roof carport (see Photos 3, 7 & 8) with an adjacent front porch that will need to be elevated with the home. There is also an enclosed rear patio (see Photos 11, 15 & 16) that is also under the main roof structure and must be elevated with the home.

Typical utility connections will need to be detached, then reattached after the elevation process.

After reviewing all the documentation, it appears the house framing is satisfactory for the elevation process.

Following this letter are the survey analysis documentation and the building assessment field documentation verifying the findings. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Very truly yours, N. Guy Williams Project Architect
