RE: USACE Tracking #: 239137
3020 Kim Street, Erath, La 70533 Vermilion Parish
Mr. Jackson:
ECM Consultants conducted a site assessment of the above referenced home-site.on October 14, 2019. The following is our analysis of the property.
3020 Kim Street is a one-story wood framed structure of approximately 1,300 square feet. It is a concrete slab on-grade. The façade is vinyl siding with a composite shingle roof. There is a detached wood-framed, slab on-grade garage connected to the main building with a lean-to roof (see Photos #10 & 11). The lean-to roof structure will need to be removed for the elevating process. Also, the roof covering over the rear patio will have to be detached from the main building before the elevation process. (see Photos #12, 13, 20 & 21).
As indicated in the building assessment and verified in the photographs, there is an in-ground septic tank and a slab on-grade condenser unit as well as the typical utility connections that will need to be addressed before the elevation process.
After reviewing all the documentation, it appears the house framing is satisfactory for the elevation process.
Following this letter are the survey analysis documentation and the building assessment field documentation verifying the findings. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Very truly yours, N. Guy Williams Project Architect
