Mr. Antoine Jackson Project Manager - USACE New Orleans District
RE: USACE Tracking #: 904563 624 Coulee Street, Lake Charles, La 70601 Calcasieu Parish
Mr. Jackson:
ECM Consultants conducted a site assessment of the above referenced home-site.on November 14, 2019. The following is our analysis of the property.
624 Coulee Street is a one-story wood framed structure on elevated brick/block piers. It is approximately 900 square feet. The exterior wall finish is slate siding and there is an asphalt shingle roof. There is a wood deck at the rear of the home (see Photos 6, 7 & 9) that would need to be detached from the home prior to the elevation process.
There is large pine tree at the side of the house (see Photos 4, 5 & 14) that will need to be addressed during the elevation process.
Typical utility connections will need to be detached, then reattached after the elevation process.
After reviewing all the documentation, it appears the house framing is satisfactory for the elevation process.
Following this letter are the survey analysis documentation and the building assessment field documentation verifying the findings. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Very truly yours, N. Guy Williams Project Architect
