Mr. Antoine Jackson Project Manager - USACE New Orleans District

RE: USACE Tracking #: 238790 508 South Kibbe Street, Erath, La 70533

Mr. Jackson:

ECM Consultants conducted a site assessment of the above referenced home-site on November 1, 2019. The following is our analysis of the property.

5085 South Kibbe Street is a one-story brick-veneer, wood framed structure. The foundation is concrete slab on grade. It is approximately 1,900 square feet. The columns at the front porch will need to be elevated with the structure. Supports for these columns and extensions to grade will need to be provided. There is an attached carport / storage rooms (see Photos 8 & 9) under the main roof structure that will need to be raised with the home.

Brick planters and concrete paving will need to be addressed prior to the elevation process. The brick wing walls at the rear of the home appear to not be integrated with the main brick veneer wall (see Photo #12). Some concern needs to take place during the elevation process.

Typical utility connections will need to be detached, then reattached after the elevation process.

After reviewing all the documentation, it appears the house framing is satisfactory for the elevation process.

Following this letter are the survey analysis documentation and the building assessment field documentation verifying the findings. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Very truly yours, N. Guy Williams Project Architect
